Airy room overall, with nice view. Bonus point for a safe, TV set and a dining area.

competent staff, reasonably large and huge rooms with a beautiful 180-degree view and hot shower, for example. unbeatable and nice location, a 10-15 minute walk from gare soarano. walking distance to a main market and a market across the street.
Beds were horribly hard.

I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely villa which was a true oasis in the heart of a bustling city. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and amenities in the area. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and great natural light. The breakfast included eggs, fresh bread, and delicious coffee. The staff was kind and attentive, always ready to provide excellent service. I also enjoyed the stunning views of the city from the terrace.
The bathroom lacked hot water which made showering difficult on chilly days.

The hotel had a serene and calm atmosphere, making it a perfect destination for a business trip. The welcoming staff went out of their way to ensure that I felt comfortable and accommodated my needs. The stunning garden and beautiful swimming pool were great places to relax after a long day of work. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby tourist attractions and a lively city center.
The hotel lacked proper lighting on the stairs leading to the entrance, which made it difficult to navigate in the dark. I recommend bringing a flashlight for safety.

The Easter holidays were such a disappointment as we had put our hopes up for a great vacation. However, we managed to find a hotel that offered complementary breakfast and dinner- two things that we didn't have to worry about. The location wasn't that bad either, key areas we wanted to visit were just a few meters away. One aspect that stood out, was the fact that the hotel had a garden where we could sit and relax, away from the noise of the city.
The hotel didn't live up to our expectations, the sheets were not as clean as we would have liked them to be, the room was stale and smelled damp, our towels had holes. To add to the misery, our mosquito net was too small for the bed.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic - we got more than we expected! The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and crisp, clean sheets. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and amenities, and yet the hotel itself felt like a peaceful oasis in the chaotic city. The staff were amazing, welcoming and always there to help make our stay comfortable.
Breakfast items could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
